Introduce myself
My name is Addo and i´m from Ghana (one of few african countries which work fine). I´m part of the tribe called Ashanti and i´m born in 1983. I do training since i´m 12 years old.
The city i live in is very popular by tourists. We do some folcloristic things and we earn money with traditional dance, show fights and all that stuff.

Ashanti Region. It´s in the central.
Around Kumasi.
We have Gyms yes. but i´m not often in. i don´t go too city often.

hey ashanti, ur physique is very impressive. but you say you rarely go to the gym, so then how did you get as big as you are? no way you barely go the gym and get looking like that.
