man... how am i gonna eat clean food and lift in vietnam. theres no way! sigh.... anyone know of ghetto workout methods that involve no weights? i dont wanna do pushups all day.

on the bright side, i hear chicks are easy if they know ur from the U.S.

Good luck, have a great trip, carry lots of protein bars. Vietnamese food is good, not very greasy if you pick the right stuff. They have very (meat) protein rich meals!

my dad got sick recently from eating the food had to delay his trip home. You have to adapt to the dirty food in order to not get sick.

They got 1 dollar pho there, but it has no meat.

How's your Vietnamese? Are you the kind that talk really fast (north) or slow (south).

Vietnamese food is actually really healthy and delicious. Just stay away from the beef balls, tendon and tripe soups...yuck.

No way man, you won't have a problem. Alot of the food over there should be protein (dog, cat, monkey etc.), complex carbs (rice, breads), and vegetables. You can eat clean, it's up to you to make good decisions.

haha alrite so i was thinkin about bringing a hot chick to america to marry. i hear families pay you like 30 grand and all u gotta do is bring her to america and eventually have a divorce. i dont see any downside... i get to hook up with a hot chick and get paid at the same time. any thoughts?

yeah in your dreams. if that were true trust me more people would be doing it. hell i'd do it right now for 30,000. i'd make her sign a bunch of **** that says she cant take any of my money when we divorce too so i can keep the whole 30,000.

...as far as food..better eat cooked food and drink bottled water. make sure the bottle hasn't been repackaged.
