im looking for the best ab exercises i was going to buy a ab machine but dont know what the best is? and also whats a good fat burner non stimulant?

You don't need some worthless ab contraption, nor do you need a fat burner. If you want to see your abs, get your diet in order.

Edit: Changing my answer slightly. Like Dino said, an ab wheel will kick your ass. Well, your abs. By "worthless ab contraption" I meant the stuff you see on informercials like the Ab Roller, Ab Glide, Ab Lounge, Ab Scissor, Ab Sculptor, Ab.... the list goes on.Last edited by C Man; 11-18-2006 at 11:03 AM.

I have a ab bench.
It's a very good bench for working abs with weight.
Sure it's not essential, but for me it's more fun working abs that's way. The bench is light so we can move it easily and it doesn't take a lot of room.
I recommend it.
You have also to follow a diet, abs are made in the kitchen.
