    How to get a Six Pack in TWO WEEKS!

    Alright people, I KNOW this sounds unbelievable to many of you! BUT I believe it can be done with the type of will power I have. I am currently taking Lipo 6 and planning on getting my 6 pack (yes, it's there) Within two weeks. I will be taking the maximum dosage of 3 pills per day (which i have already started today) And me doing cardio twice a day aswell on the treadmill. I will post pictures at the halfway point next friday to show it is working. I will be working my ass off I hope you guys believe in me because i KNOW i can do it tell me what you think.

    EDIT: I am also on a steady, clean diet. not completely cutting out fats either. Drinking lots of water and whey protein. thanks again for checking my lipo 6 Log out!

    you cant do it

    the body is too smart to let you loose that much fat that quick. its not a matter of will.

    set realistic goals. in two weeks you should aim to loose at most 4 pounds of fat anything more is just muscle, water and glycogen.

    haha i know all about cutting water weight. I had to do it for wrestling - lost 12 pounds of water in a day. I realized it is very unhealthy because my fingers starting cramping and getting stuck in various positions lol. But I am going to do this. my body is capable of anything

    be abit more realistic, they mite come out abit more but no proper 6pac, if u go hard out they wont grow at all, abs are a muscle like biceps.

    IMO you are already too skinny. Might want to try to build some ab muscles then you will have a six pack.

    No offense but you look like you are 14 and don't have any 6 pack to cut to.

    You should be trying to build muscle, not going crazy on Lipo6 for two weeks.

    If a 6 pack is your goal then take it slow, increase LBM and decrease fat. First you need to build up ab muscles a little bit more, and secondly you'll need low BF%, <= 10% or so i'd guess.

    Remember fast isn't better. The faster you lose weight, the more of it will be muscle. Also if i recall correct, you will have a greater propensity to gain it right back.

    Don't rush, you've got plenty of time to reach your goals. Good luck.

    u need muscle before you can cut... i have a lot more fat on my body than you but my abs show better bc my abdominal muscles are larger... i would suggest you try to gain weight, a significant amount! before doing anything as such you are now... you will lose a lot of muscle trying to lose as much as you are and this being a bodybuilding forum... that aint good!

    Good answer here. At 16-18 years old you have no need for this product. You need muscle fiirst , and should put all your money towards protein. Get a refund and go build some muscle.
