FREE WEIGHTS ALL THE WAY BABY!!!
I only use the machines for Calf raises and other leg workouts, and Military Presses..The Bench press machine is a waste of time,first it only goes up to 120kg(265lbs) which dont do anything for me when using it...Even tho i do 80kg on the free bench,the bench machine is utter pants! Little boys who THINK they're lifting heavy use it..I just laugh at them.Milk is for babies. When you grow up you have to drink beer.
