I've read several Articles on creatine and searched the posts on creatine but there are so many so my question is are there several types of creatine without bad effects like bloating, I read one member on here said CEE made his kidneys hurt. It said mono creatine shows best results and ionized (German/creapure) is most easily absorbed. Creatine gluconate didnt have bad side effects such as bloat and the "upset stomach". Is there in fact a best type without side effects? the only creatine gluconate ive seen really is SizeOn. can anyone helps me out here? thanks in advance.

Purple-K by Fusion! It is a Kre-Alkyan creatine. here is no water retention, no cramping and is great for non-creatine responders.
Here are some logs if you want to check 'em out. I have been following 'em pretty closely and the resposne seems to be positive thus far!

understood
I got that but it seems that a lot of people experience the bloat and cramping from regular mono. and ive started seeing a lot of bad things about cee lately because of the alchohol thats left over. from what ive read gluconate would be best I think but ive only seen it in sizeon. is there anywhere to get straight cre-gluc or is it just in sizeon for now?

You can order Creatine Gluc, but not on this website. I would check out MAN Clout as well if you are looking for a great creatine product.

You preach Swole like it is the only creatine product that miraculously has no bloat. Almost any type of creatine (outside of mono) has very little bloating, even mono doesn't generally have that much. There is nothing special about your product, I promise.
To the original poster, the bloat is temporary, and cramping shouldn't be an issue if you have adequate water intake. Unless you are getting contest ready, or have a huge day at the beach, the bloat isn't going to be that noticeable to matter.
I'm interested in CG myself. Right now, I'm getting ready to start mono up again. I'll probably try MCC at some point. I've also used CEE products in the past. Try out some different things and see what you like.*SCC*

I just used Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL + Beta-Alanine + AAKG, all at the same time for my first time. And was perfectly fine lifting 20lbs more on almost all excersize and gained 1lbs so far of water retention.
I got some lil' red gems...
and if i get anymore I dont care necause im 450,000 in the red.

Do a search on CEE people say it works pretty good, but the left overs from when it splits are ethyl alchohol (ethanol). not good stuff. ive read a ton of posts on it and it seems there is some bad stuff people are seeing. im not a specialist on the matter so id check yourself but im going with CG I just ordered some. I have a question about that though. SizeOn has it in it and also used a carb combination to aid delivery correct? So what and how much should I mix with it? and what does it mix with best? liquid wise?

I experienced heart palpitations and dizziness after using creatine mono for a long period of time, roughly 5 yrs. The symptoms started after a year of use. My Dr. could not conclude that creatine was causing these effects, however, when I cycled off the mono, my symptoms would go away. I experienced amazing results with creatine, but had to stop using for obvious reasons. Has anyone experience anything like this?
