weight gainer
Right now im takin Optimum Serious Mass when i have a chance. Other than that i usually just stick with on protein and carb up as well and that has been working for so far. Gaining about 8 pounds in month and a half. Just trying to eat 1g to 1.5 per pound a day and taking in alot of carbs. As for the weight gainer I drink it with a shaker and it takes a bit to mix but one scoop isnt to bad to digest and is full of calories. This will def put weight on you.

Makr your own at home and it will save you alot of money in the long run. What you need is:
- 2 scoops of whey
- 1/2 - 1 cup of oats
- 1 tbsp - 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
- Water or Milk
All you have to do is blend everything together and slam it back. Some people also add a banana for flavour.
You can also use a coffee grinder to chop the oats up so it easier to drink. The macros are aprox: 721 67/66/24

every body is different, but ive had my best results from food. im not trying to be ass. if you can, buy bulk chicken breasts and brown rice. eat 8 oz of chicken with 2 cups of rice w/ vegetables 3-4 times a day. ive put on more quality weight this way then with gainer shakes. shakes are faster at bulking, but my gains have been more quality from adding more clean food.

Buy OAT flour from your local bulk grocer (whole foods or wild oats being examples), and mix it with whey protein concentrate. There is absolutely no reason on earth to spend extra money on a "weight gainer" when it so easy to homebrew your own.

I have never found a real good on with no sugar, but Serious Mass was mine of choice cause it worked. However, I'm interested in finding a good high calorie one that compares in results and calories without the sugar. Hell, I wish they made the same with no sugar, I could care less if it taste horrible, as I don't drink it for the flavor anyway.
