In the usa, they are harder to find than places like Australia. In the usa, we tend to eat chicken, beef more than anything else.

My local Stop&Shop has both Ostrich and Buffalo meat, Ostrich is quite expensive but very lean and high in protein.

Mine too.. A&P as well. It's becomming easier to find.. but still pricy.
Ground buffalo is easiest to find IMHO. Ostrich..just have to catch it on the right day.
I mix my ground buffalo with either oatmeal or Kashi Go Lean and make it like a burger. Damn good I have to say

Ya I know in Canada they sell them in those milk box containers, just small portions, like 250ml. It should be right beside the eggs, or near the yogurts.

For me:
Chicken, tuna, tilapia, sweet potatos, brown rice, organic salsa, organic sugar free cereal with Fat Free Milk, Diet Mnt Dew, PB......
For my 3 year old:
muffins, Fruit Loops, green beans, gold fish, juice, milk, chocolate milk,.......
Yeah my basket is kind of funny looking....Good stuff and crap. But it makes your will a lot stronger when you have that crap in the house for the kid and boyfriend and you keep yourself from eating it. It makes me feel stonger.
