Say if you're like me and you have taken a long time to develop good eating habits. You might also have way more knowledge on your hormones and can use it to your advantage. Also your party days are behind you leaving you with longer and better sleep. Lastly you are more disciplined. With all this in mind seeing as I believe it's only a drop of 1% a year I'm sure that's quite obtainable right?

No, any natural remedies to increase test will only do so in a negligible manner. You should look into cycling. Cyclists are known to have some of the highest test levels of any athlete. It must be all that riding of the bikes and whatnot.
