Thought id list some of my favourite exercises for each bodypart and see what other peoples favourites are.
Chest - Dumbell pullovers ,Dont see many people round here doing them but i love them.
Back- Single arm Dumbell rows ,
Legs- A no brainer here, Squats
Shoulders- Dumbell presses closly followed by upright rows using a single dumbell one arm at a time Works the traps nicely as well.
Biceps- Incline dumbell curls , running the rack.
Triceps- Skull crushers.
Forearms- Reverse e z bar curls.
Calves- Smith machine calf raises.

Traps: Dumbell Shrugs and Behind the Back Barbell Shrugs
Delts: Laterals and DB Military
Chest: Incline and Cable Crossovers
Biceps: Barbell Curls, Concentration Curls, and Incline Curls
Triceps: Dips
Legs(thighs): Deadlifts, Squats, and Stiff-legged Deadlifts
Back: T-bar Rows, BB Rows, Lat Pulldowns
Forearms: DB wrist curls/reverse wrist curls
Calves:Standing Calf Raises and Seated Calf Raises

legs: Squats, Stiff-legged deads, calve raises on hack or leg press machine.
Chest: Incline/ Flat (Barbell/dumbbell).
Back: Cable/support rows. Chin-ups (Suppinated shoulder width grip).

Pin pulls, good mornings, front squats, jm presses, face pulls, and glute ham raises.

rack deads (or as rock calls them "pin pulls"), dips, incline DB, t-bar rows, front squats, decline CGBP, hammer chins, MPBest Raw USAPL Competition Lifts
