I have question… I have done some reading on when and timing to take creatine and do not quite understand if I am taking it correct. I normally take 2 grams after my workout along with a scoop of gold standard whey protein shake. Should I take 2 grams prior to workout and after workout? Also, 45 minutes after taking creatine should I eat any type kind of carbs such as, green beans, cabbage, and broccoli????
Just needed a clear understanding. I did not do the loading phase. I read where doing the loading phase you will see great results quicker than waiting for 28 days. Now maybe I am wrong… that is why I am here….
