    Mixing Creatine with Protein shake?

    Hey gang. I was wondering if this was a good idea post-workout. Mixing a scoop of creatine with 2 scoops of Protein?

    I know several people who put some creatine mono into their post workout shakes. I've not heard anything against this method either.

    It sure is - but to maximize recovery you should add carbs (particularly simple carbs like dextrose or glucose) to to your shake. Research clearly shows that protein and carbs post-workout combined with creatine is highly effective at replenishing muscle glycogen stores post-workout which, among other things, will help to keep your muscle bellies full and ensure maximum energy for tomorrows workout.

    Nothing wrong with it it is a good way to take creatine exspecially if you are taking Mono or CEE.

    yep, this is exactly what i do. I'm using HP CEE and it taste like battery acid/salt.. worst 2 seconds of my life when i swallow that
