what supps do you have in your during workout drink
i know of people who have xtend and some who just have plain water but was wondering what other additions to xtend make a solid workout drink (provided NO is take pre and creatine post)?

Water only. IMO, if you have taken care of pre-workout nutrition and follow up with proper post nutrition, there's no need for anything else. And while I might be in the minority, I think "sipping" on overpriced BCAA during your workout is like burning REALLY expensive fuel in your lawn mower.
