    efa's

Do you regularly add EFA's to your daily diet? If so to what effect, fat loss, muscle gains etc. Also what type and how much...flax seed Udo? Yikes, I hope I'm not getting on anyone's nerves with all my recent posts. Thanks for everyone's advice!

EFAs are essential for health, hormone production, fat loss via metabolism optimization, and lots of good things.

UDO's is an excellent blend. Use it everyday; 2-5 tbspns. (Store it in the fridge all the time).

Other than that, fatty fish (salmon, mackerel etc.) is a great source of EFAs, along with nuts (almonds, walnuts), so eat'em up.

    Hope that helped.

Don't forget flax seeds. Ground-up flaxseeds contain not only the most complete profile of EFAs(next to hemp seeds), but they also contain protein and fiber.
