Hi all. I used to work out a lot but due to illness I stopped for about 10 years and became fat. My illness is now much improved and I am finally back at the gym aged 37. I have worked out my TDEE thanks to you guys and am consuming the right amount of protein for my ideal body weight (not my weight now as I am too heavy).
My question relates to bulking and cutting. Am I right in assuming that initially I will get my noob gains phase again and therefore the question of bulking or cutting is one for further down the road? I was planning to keep my current work out plan as long as I am getting results and then reevaluate.
