looked like a ghetto meet. I only seen a couple squats that would pass in a real IPF meet ( most looked high from the camera angle ). It looked like there is only a center judge calling depth, no side judges at all? The center judge would call rack before the lift was even finished ????

Yeah some of those are pretty bad, but this is still the worst form ever used, ever:

The only really bad squat I saw was the first one the guy didnt push his glutes back at the start of the lift and didnt force his knees out. Other than that looks good. Those curls were cheat hammer curls really not that uncommon to see when trying to build mass.

Whats with peoples upper bodies being almost parallel to the floor at the start of the lift?Hilarious. philhyp calls me fat, but has the same size waist at 30lbs lighter.

I was at that comp folks, and there was three judges there, however the camera angle only shows one unfortunately.. Also, a good few of the Special Olympics GB team competed on the day and did really well - a good few of them feature in the video as well.
Was a good day overall, and some good lifting throughout.

Ooouuuccchhh!!!!
The form on the 1st guy was particularly horrible.
Saw a quite painful looking video. This dude has the shortest arm and the biggest chest ratio ever. I think I can actually hear his sternum crack.
