It's good when used in moderation but if you use it a lot and try to come off of it the headaches will kill you. I don't see how people cycle on and off of it.

I used to be addicted big time to energy drinks. For me it would give me a high that is not only powerful, but legal.I loved the lo-carb monsters, and would slam 3 a day.I backed off because it was reminding me of my previous drug use, and I don't want anything in my diet that resembles a drug.Trust me, when you've been where I have been as far as drugs, you would back off too!
I am not proud of my past life as a high seeker, but I am proud to say that I lived through it and bettered my life through bodybuilding and I am now drug free.(with the exception of alcohol)My mind knows no limits.
My body no pain.
you train intense.
I train INSANE.

It's honestly never had a noticeable effect on me. Not sure why. I've tried ingesting massive amounts a day, moderate amounts, and none at all (all cycled). I just notice no difference. Maybe one day it'll kick in..
Edit: Scratch that, I remember cycling off it before, and getting bad headaches. I think that's caused by withdrawls, but I still never experienced the energy boost from it.
