sushi ROLLS aren't exactly a CHEAT meal - at least not in the traditional sense of the word, but they aren't exactly ideal either. they use imitation crab meat, and there's a BUNCH of sodium. the seaweed is good, but that's about it. the protein/carb ratio is pretty low on the protein end as well.
now regular SUSHI, for the most part, isn't too bad.my journal:

You pay $15 if you go during a weekday afternoon, and get to eat sushi till you cant feel feelings anymore. It's awesome piling 20 pieces of sashimi on your plate, knowing that would set you back $40 at a non buffet.
An hour or so of heaven, depending on your stomach space. Too bad there aren't any out in your neck of the woods yet.
