Home-made gainer shake!!!
Ok so i've been trying to come up with a decent home-made weight gainer shake recently and I found a pretty sexy one that I just had to share. Here it is:
2 cups milk
1 scoop chocolate whey protein
1 tablespoon of cocoa
4 servings (40 crackers) of Kashi Original 7 Grain crackers
1 tablespoon peanut butter
This is approximately 60g protein/80g carbs/20g fat and somewhere around 750 calories. The best part is, it tastes absolutely delicious, it's like an orgasm for my mouth.

My version
I like to grind oatmeal in my bullet in bulk and then add a couple 1/2 scoops to my shake each day. Lots of fibre not to much fat and tastes good. I also add a banana to my shakes. Couple tea spoons of honey.

1.5 - 2 Scoops whey
+ milk <according to your preference>
+ 2 scoops oats
+ Peanut Butter
and/or some fruit
chuck all this in the blender and your talking about 600 cals, with clean carbs and your shot of protien
I got this off an another thread on this forum, if you search you will find it. Had detailed macros for the entire thing.
