    theres a guy at my gym that goes there twice a day for about 2 hours each session, he is like 5'3 and like 121 lb and ripped

    For how many days?

    I've tried 2½ hours, twice a day to overreach, and i wouldn't be able to handle it for more than a week or so. But at 5'3 121lbs, that sounds like he is going to get some injuries, very soon.

    So do you think I would be able to train twice on some days, e.g. on Monday do arms in the morning, and chest in the evening?

    Do any of you train twice a day or more than 5x per week?

    Thanks for any help or advice!
    If you gained 50 pounds, why the fuk would you want to change something that is working fine?

    Go for man I hit arms twice a day with maximum effort. In the words of CT Fletcher "**** overtraining its a myth you can't overtrain".
