I'm new on the scene to fitness and nutrition in general, and I'm trying to take care of all the essentials while being economical.
My full meals and snacks throughout the day consist of tuna, salmon, chicken, brown rice, and things of that nature. I take a multivitamin and omegas (Animal products) daily. When looking for a cheap meal replacement shake, I found that a 10 pound bag of ON 100% Whey for $97.99 has 154 servings, so 1 per day would last over 5 months and come to roughly 63 cents per shake. I've heard though that this shake is not a suitable meal replacement and should strictly be used for post-workout. Is there anything I can add to the shake to make it a more suitable MR, like bananas or a tablespoon of peanut butter?
