    Save money on bread...

My buddy works in the "bread industry" and was telling us that the "Great Value" (Walmart brand) bread is the SAME EXACT bread as Nature's Own. Same recipe, same handling, same everything. The ONLY difference is the packaging. (Great Value packaging is not as good.)

So if you buy Nature's Own, switch over to Great Value for the same thing but at a cheaper price.

There are many store brand products that are nearly identical to "name" brand items. You can usually tell just by tasting and/or looking at the nutritional label to compare.

    thought of

"I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance...BY NOT PAYING FOR IT."

But yah, genaric brands are often the same as name brands.

I work in a grocery store and spend a ton of down time at work compairing nutrition facts of food. They are the same quite often.

    CVS batteries are Duracell Coppertops
Ditch your meal plan and develop a diet that combines sound nutrition with the foods you enjoy by eating when you see fit in the portions that allow you to achieve your macronutrient and caloric needs while providing sufficient micronutrients, energy and satiety. One can never forget that nutrition is a tool, not a restraint; the enjoyment of life should always come first. Psychological, sociological and emotional health should never be threatened by the attempt to increase physiological health.

I've had plenty of beef jerky on road trips in my day and I'd have to say the best IMO is Walmart brand teriyaki flavor. So I'm sure the bread is quite tasty as well.

Yeah, their beef jerky is legit, better than Jack Link's IMO.
