ill make this as specific as i can. I lifted for 1.5 years straight, then took this summer off. ive been on and of since then, mostly on. I am like 5-8 to 5-9 bodyfat around 15%. 150 pounds. bench max is around like 195-205.
Im looking for a routine that i could do 3-4 days a week, for maximum size gains. i know 5x5 is good for stregnth, but im looking for the most size gaims i can get. and i understand that a lot comes from diet, but does anyone have a specific routine for size/hypertrophy? or tips?
