I see a lot of guys that went from fat to thin .... but not a lot of guys who put on a lot of quality mass....im wondering if any one out there has a better or good transformation from skinny to big...if so i'd like to see pics and hear a short explanation of your training and diet routine ...to possibly help me pack on more quality muscle mass!!!! Thanks Fellas

Awesome... Nice job to both guys who posted. Initially I was thinking this was going to be flame fest do to the boasting nature of the topic and the fact that there is already a sticky on this exact topic. Nonetheless, you've done such a good job that I think you deserve you're own thread. and, to concur with the others, you're nowhere near 20%.

its much easier to lose weight, thats y you see more fat to thin transformations, and als oif someone loses a lot of weight, they usually dont have a good frame underneath. Building muscle takes time, i would say to go form skinn yto big it would take a minimun of a year to build a muscular/big frame.
