    NE one have a better skinny to buff transformation??

    I see a lot of guys that went from fat to thin .... but not a lot of guys who put on a lot of quality mass....im wondering if any one out there has a better or good transformation from skinny to big...if so i'd like to see pics and hear a short explanation of your training and diet routine ...to possibly help me pack on more quality muscle mass!!!! Thanks Fellas

    also i have one of those electronic scales that tells your body fat...and it says around 21%....i dont know if that is right...but in the old pics it had me at around 7%...can i really have that high of bf????

    I have one of those as well, they tend to inflate your bodyfat % by up to 7-8% lol. Not accurate at all.

    Those scales can't be very accurate since they don't know how much fat vs. muscle you have. Are you sure you're not thinking about Body Mass Index (BMI)? I have one of those digital BMI scales, that's based on your weight and height.

    it took me about two years...i think i would be quite a bit bigger though but im in the army...and sometimes i had huge set backs in my gains..like two summers ago i went to ranger school and went from 195-165 lbs....so i had to keep starting back over ...this has happened about 5 times in the last 2-2 1/2 years.

    wow dude nice work....your back traps and shoulders look pretty massive....i would put a little extra effort into gettin the guns up to size to match your upper torso....but none the less nice work

    I've been trying for a long time to make them grow. They are now 16 " flexed , they were 13 " in those before pictures. Im currently aiming for 18 - 19 "

Initially I was thinking this was going to be flame fest do to the boasting nature of the topic and the fact that there is already a sticky on this exact topic. Nonetheless, you've done such a good job that I think you deserve you're own thread. and, to concur with the others, you're nowhere near 20%.

    i basically did a few different arm workouts....my main one was 4 sets of 12 10 8 6 of standing barbell curls same set and reps of incline dumbell curls preacher curls and 4x12 of reverse curls.......I also had two other workouts one that i would suggest trying for a month goes 4x12 10 8 6 of seated ez bar curls...this lets you go really have since your range of motion is slightly decreased....next "run the rack" with standing dumbell curls 1 set from the heaviest dumbells you can do all the way down to like 20's basically a huge drop set....finish with heavy hammer curls.....and for tris i would do close grip bench on a smith machine and set the safeties about half way down allowing you to go super heavy for 4x 12 10 8 6 then do so seated two hand dumbell extensions.....and finish with 3x10 super set of pressdowns with cable kickbacks

    its much easier to lose weight, thats y you see more fat to thin transformations, and als oif someone loses a lot of weight, they usually dont have a good frame underneath. Building muscle takes time, i would say to go form skinn yto big it would take a minimun of a year to build a muscular/big frame.
