Hey i am going to try out for baseball this year and since i am a newb i wanted to know if there were any exercises that i could do to get better at pitching batting and running so thanx.

here ya go man, I am in baseball too for my fourth and final highschool year... last year we won our sectional championship and this year hopefully STATE, but i found this on this site, some good workouts on here for you

Baseball is a wussy sport. Why would you need to get in shape for it?
Go out and run a few pulls (back and forth along the outfield - homerun wall). Get used to doing them since from what I heard, you do ALOT. And concentrate on shoulder exercises, but don't overload. You don't want to injure your shoulder.
