Questions about Universal PUMP*

Hey. i've been taking Vyo-Tech Nitrobolic Extreme for 3 weeks now and it has worked good but the pummps don't last as long. I've been reading a lot about Universal Pump and it sounds great. BUT

I am being told to stay away from creatine. and everyone says that if i use creatine. and then i stop, i will have to start all over because the water retention will leave my muscles and i will have to gain all of my strength back.

and a lot of people also say that if i take animal pump i will have to take extra creatine on off days.

is this really true if i stopped taking it? would i have to reall regain everything i had already gained. please help me out.

MY new stack is going to include.
Universal Animal Pak
Universal Animal Pump
Some type of protein.
any suggestions on the protein?

whey protein is a must. casein at night you have the money. or cottage cheese at night. which ever is more convinient. personally i use cc.

and imo, pump products are a waste of time and money. as far as the creatine question, some strength might be lost but definitely not all of it.

That first part is completely off.

And I would suggest ON Whey, or Higher Power Whey.

Night eat cheese, on casein or something similar like xf ultra peptide
