    According to fitness and Hollywood physique expert, Greg O’Gallagher, the ideal proportions are:

    Waist – 45-47% of height

    Shoulders – 1.618x waist

    Arms – identical size of neck circumference

    Chest – 10-12″ greater than waist

    so- 6'2"
    waist=34 & 3/4
    shoulder =56 & 1/4
    chest 44-46"

    Thumbs up I think it depends on body type, weight, and height.

    For smaller body types, anything over 40 is big. For bigger guys, 45-50+ will be considered big. At the same time, body fat in other muscle groups like shoulders and waist will make a big chest look small.

    For example, at 6'2", I have a 53-54 inch chest, but a rather large waist, at 310lbs. If it wasn't for me being an endomorph, I would look like a BoohBah. Once I loose this fupa I got around my hips, my chest, back, and shoulders sizes will be more noticeable. Not to mention that sweet "v" taper, but I got some work to do before that.
