    WOrkout Arms two days in a row?

    Yesterday was my back/shoulder day, but at the end of the workout i felt like working out so i threw in a bunch of arm work. Today i was going to workout arms, but im wondering since i did them yeseterday is it better to hit them again or just rest and let them grow?

    never a good idea to work-out any body part two days in a row, if i were you, i would let 'em grow and just do them another day

    lol, i tried to be hard headed and started my workout anyway. i couldnt even press the same numbers are last week so i just called it quits after 2 sets and decided to rest.
