    Little diet help please

    My workout is quite intenise with 3 light cardio seasions and one intense seasion.I do waight training 5 days per week.

    My goal is to put on around 16 pounds of mussel per month,if this is possible i hear of people claiming that they can do 7 punds of mussel per week.

    I also would not like to put on to much waight in the form of bodyfat.At the moment im at about 15%.This diet and workout plan is all going towards getting a ripped body for the summer months.

    Currently i waight 84kg with 15% bodyfat and i have ambitions to get that down to around 12% but still pack on the mussel please advise below is a sample diet that i would go through on the average day.

    Meal 1 early morning about 07:30

    2 cups of oats
    two scoops of 100% whey protein with low fat milk

    meal 2 about 10:30

    Mixed fruit milkshak
    150g fresh straberrys
    half a large bannana
    two t-spons of honey
    1 scoop 100% whey protein

    WORKOUT TIME (12:00)
    no-explode
    after workout two scoops 100%whey protein and 1 serving cell-tech

    Meal 3 about 16:00
    8-10 oz grilled skinless chicken brest
    250g baked beens
    2 small patatos

    Meal 4 18:30
    10 oz round stake
    40g hole grain pasta

    meal 5 10:00
    1 scoop 100% whey protein
