my dad says im "deforming" myself, my mom says im getting too fat (im bulking) and my dad says this is unhealthy and i tell him smoking and alcohol is even unhealthier but he just stops talking to me and tells me to stop bulking...im not even that huge yet im only 210 lbs 6'4. plannin to go to 230 lbs before cutting. bodyfat isnt that high either about 12%.
what do u guys do?

That really isn't even that much weight at all for 6'4". I think they are just jealous.

don't let your parents stop you from doing something that you want to do...(unless it's drugs or crap like that you know what i mean...) but as beast said just keep lifting and you and your parents will see a change.
If they keep naggin' just say at least i'm trying to better myself.

and my mom even started telling me how much im allowed to eat :S that pisses me off, she tells me i wont be able to lose the fat i gained and my dad says im gonna become unhealthy bla bla bla im fukin pissed off...

when ur mom tells u ur fat, run screming to the bathroom, and pretend to retch up all ur food, then come back into the room and say happy now, am i skinny enough for u? then if sshe just looks mortified yell "oh now im too skinny" and cram down like 5 chocolate bars then say better now if she gives no response go back to the bathroom

My parents aren't bad with it. Its moreso my girlfriend, she's into the whole healthy thing and she thinks that I'm screwing with my body due to the amount of calories and protein I take in. I kind of just shrug it off, we do at times argue about it though. She also has a slight eating disorder, so we're polar opposites in a way.
