I usually show up between 7:30am and 9:30am because I have mornings free on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I feel better lifting at these times then waiting for a rack after 6pm.

By not using words or punctuation you must save alot of energy; just tap into that and you will be fine at any time of day.

I would say the latest in the day that you can. I work out at night because I crash out not long afterwards to get that needed rest.

There is no best time to workout IMO. Even if someone did a study and said your potential for strength gains is higher during X time of day, I would say f- that. IMO the best time of day is when you know you can dedicate 60-90 mins (on a consistent basis)and focus 100% on lifting; no distractions, no other BS, just lift.

BTW, please try and edit your posts a little better (ie; spelling/punctuation).
