I see alot of people advocating eating whole eggs instead of just whites. How many whole eggs should one have for breakfast to get the protein they need?

Without looking it up I think 4 eggs yield ~30g protein (from memory 7g each 'officially' but it depends on the size of the egg obviously)
So yeah 3,4,5+ depending on how big you are and if a number of eggs give you digestive issues.BLAP BLAP BLAPB APBLAP PLAB BAPB BP@P BLAPL APBLL LBAP

I down 5 whole eggs followed by a cup of green tea every morning during my 5 day work week. Try to down a good omelette Saturday morning with some meat and cheese added. Throw in 2 raw eggs/whey protein/5oz half and half cream after workout.

I usually mix whole eggs with egg whites. For my macro I mix 2 whole eggs with about 4 egg whites. That way I get the protein without exceeding my fat requirement. That said my body type is endo/meso so my metabalism isn't fast.
