how fast? if you need to look better in like 1 or 2 days your only real bet would be some kind of diuretic to get rid of water weight

Yeah how fast do you need to burn it if you have a month at least I would do something like an EC stack, Fyre, or Scorch.

I agree, what is your time frame to lose weight? I have tried many products and am an supporter of a few. I can give you my opinions when I hear your time frame. Thanks.

Nonstim: Melting Point, Dicana
Stimulant: Basic Cuts, Scorch, Thermorexin...
Stimulant choices are endless. Of course you need to have your diet and training dialed in.

Fyre would work well for you. You know diet and training is key but a good stimulate fat burner is a great addition. It just depends on how much time you have before you get your pics takens.

I always shake my head when somebody asks for a fast effective fat burner.
You know I will give props to my man above for the FYRE. Plenty of effective thermogenic ingredients with a fuel of energy without the crash and burn...along with not feeling sketchy and run down.
There I said it...now have great weekend!!!

dude check it out...don't put so much emphasis on what type fat burner you're going to use and re-invest that time and energy into cleaning up your diet a tad. you'd be surprised of what kind of results you can see just by eating the right foods at the right time.
see if what's written below here helps you out at all...
1) if you're going to use a fat burner...all aspects of bodybuilding and the fitness lifestyle have to inline. for instance; diet, cardio, training, sleep, and more, diet.
***i think the best way to utilize most of the thermos out there is to use them in a two day split. find one that a stimulant and that contains ephedra (ex. lipodrene), and find one that is also a stimulant, but does NOT contain ephedra (ex. s.a.n. tight). once you have both products; alternate them every two days.
when you use ephedra for long periods of time, you keep your sympathetic neurons firing and your body will be in a constant state of "fight or flight". this is bad. reason being is because eventually, the supplementation will be too much on your body, and your andrenal glands will more than likely start spilling out cortisol, and in turn...send messagees to to the brain to actually hold onto fat and retain water.
so use the two day split.
2) diet...start pounding salads and fibrous carbs with your protien. the body takes fibrous carbs, such as salad & broccolli in as an energy source, sending messages to your brain to keep releasing fat as fuel as it has a steady supply of fuel coming in, however...salads & broccolli have little to no effect on your body in terms of fat storage. this is HUGE. you must do this. just by doing this alone you'll probably loose 5 pounds of water in the first week.
3)cardio & training...pretty self explanitory. train hard in the gym and do your cardio afterward. this is when glucose levels are lowest. but if you follow the #2 part of this post your glucose levels will be low all the time, keeping you in fat burning mode 24-7. shoot for 45-60 min on the bike or treadmill.
4)sleep...you gotta get in at least 8 hours. this is the time when your body re-amps itself for the next day. if you don't get your zzz's your going to find yourself overtrained and tired, and may even fall into a depression.
so hope this helps you a bit. good luck.

Pure EC
Thermorexin
I agree with everyone that diet and exercise are key, but there is certainly nothing wrong with a little helper

Fyre looks good from what I have seen I am really thinking about using it soon. Look at the logs and you will see most people are having good results on it.

EC is the cheap way to go if you are on a budget. If not I would go with MP is you don't want stims or Fyre if you do.

Anytime anyone says they want to lose or gain fast, its a recipie for disaster. Took you plenty of time to put on any fat, its gonna take time to lose it. I have 29% to lose and Im taking my sweet time. My reward so far? Losing 3% and gaining 2 pounds...when I first started a few years ago, I rushed it. My reward? Sinking to 135 pounds of skin and bones...took me till now to finally get my act together to start over and do it right. Supps can help, but they dont beat a carefully planned diet and exercise regimen.

You can take animal pump with it but to start off I would take one fyre and see if you have any effects if not then you are safe. If you feel like a rush then animal pump might just have stims in it also.

If you want quick results in 2-3 weeks, I'd recommend Bio-test HOT ROX Extreme. It's a little pricey compared to other fat burners but I feel it works the best and fastest. WHenever I take it, I follow a normal pre-comp diet and bump up my cardio to 2x daily (20min AM, 30-45min PM) and the results I get are phenomenal. Be careful - sometimes taking a full dose before training can make you a little queasy.

E/C stack if you have done your research on dosing and potential side affects. There are other options that are, potentially, less harsh that you may want to consider first, like Fyre, which gets great feedback from what I've seen. Also, you may want to look into adding a non-stim based burner to stack with the stim based one.
