    If you are gonna work each muscle 2x/week then work all of them 2x/week.

    If 2x a week is what you are aiming for, you can do push/pull 2x each a week, or one my personal favs, 1,2,3 on, 4 off, repeat. That hits them all 2x in 8 days. Day 1 is back, bis. Day 2 Is chest, shoulders, tris. Day 3 is Legs.
