    canned chicken

    ok, i am holding a can of chicken in vegetable oil in my hands. it's what i use as the foundation of my keto diet. i have several questions i hope somebody can answer.

    12 g of fibre isn't THAT much, but because it's not from veggies, I don't know whether/how it would effect your keto levels. I'd say maybe give it a try, and see how you react. Also, maybe drain it in a drainer (?the thing with the little filters in it) so it has less sodium.
