    Exclamation SciFit Ecdysterone 300 or ThermoLife E-bol ???

    Whats up everyone. Ive been doing quite a bit of research about ecdysterone and other flavones on this forum and other sites and i have found that it does have some credibility as a promising supplement. The logs and other studies on this site and the web have been quite helpful. Despite some reviews of ecdysterone not being a viable supplement most reviews beg the differ. So I think i might take my chances and give the product a try, but....

    I was wondering which product (SciFit Ecdysterone 300 or ThermoLife E-bol) would be better to take.

    SciFit Ecdy cotains 300mg 20-Beta-Hydroxyecdysterone per serving. ThermoLife E-bol contains 80 mg ecdysterone (ecdysterone is the same thing as 20-Beta-Hydroxyecdysterone i believe) per serving.

    The recommended dose for SciFit ecdy is two pills a day which means you get 600mg of ecdy per day. The recommended dose for ThermoLife E-bol is to have a serving 3 times per day which gives you 240mg ecdy.

    So it seems apparent that there is more ecdy in the SciFit Ecdysterone. However, Thermolife E-Bol has other things in it like
    Radix Cyathulae 100 mg
    (20% Cyasterone)
    Rhodiola Rosea 41.66 mg
    (15% rosavins, 5.1% Salidrosides )
    Ashwhaghanda 277.6 mg
    (1.5% withanolides)
    Ionol 83.33 mg

    Super 6 Anabolic Cocktail: 187.88 mg
    (patent pending proprietary formula)
    -6-Methyluracil (6-mu)
    -6-keto diosgenin (100%)




    So basically I am just wondering which supplement in your opinion works better and why. Any input or knowledgable information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

    E-bol > Ecdysterone 300

    Ex. Ecdysterone 300 is like yohimbe bark, while E-bol is like yohimbine. E-bol is a concentrated, more pure form. You have to take a lot more Ecdysterone 300 (or yohimbe bark in this case) to get the same effect as E-bol (yohimbine in this case)

    (Ecdy products are in no way related to yohimbe/yohimbine, they were just used for an example)

    You're 16. Your weights and weight should go up every week anyway.

    How will you know what is doing what with that stack?

    That log will be a poor judge of SciFit Ecdy 300 as SizeON kicks ass, and Ecdy300 should not be credited with the gains.

    That is what one calls an "entertainment log". Not very clear anecdotal evidence of a specific product.

    Probably best to hold off on supplements like these until you are over 21. Not that they are unsafe, but they will provide limited usefullness to someone 18.

    I was going to use judgement based off the gains as to whether I wanted to use SizeON with E-Bol in the future. But there plenty of 'entertainment logs' of E-Bol out there as well...

    Sorry, but I need to comment this one.

    Ecdysterone is usefull even in teenagers and it is even safe in teenagers too.

    Actually, many teenagers are burnt out with school,training,running after girls and like that. Some teenagers have to much to do, and they are burnt out. quality ecdysterone have been used in russian medicine to help people with depression,burnt out, and other.
    Ecdysteroids would NOT affect your hormone-levels or ANYTHING with natural production in the body, so Even you are 16 years old and want to try Ecdysterone, I would say it is safe and even better to use than Creatine.

    So comparing Sci Fit ecdysterone to e-bol is like comparing Fiat With Ferrari.

    I don't understand but that's OK. At 18, it is my opinion that the biggest improvements can be made by focusing on training and diet, not supplements.
