    should i cut or bulk?

    i am very confued at the moment if i should cut or bulk because, im at 5'4 140lbs 13-15% i think, and dont look that big, and i think im more fat than anything else, and all the fat goes to my legs and abdomen area and hips, so i dont really know how i should start, because what i wanted to do was bulk and use my newbie gains to the limit and gain as much muscle, but i want to cut and lose some fat then gain, i just want to know would i still benefit from newbie gains after the cut or not? thanks.

    lift hard and heavy 4 times a week eat, eat, eat and eat some more keeping it clean...(complex carbs, protein... beef and chicken) and it will come with time just be patient brother...and dont worry about supplements take protein and a multi for now.

    no lol you didnt get what i meant... i meant should i cut or bulk because i weigh too much and look quite big, or should i take advatnage of ma newbie gains and gain as much or waste the newbie gains cutting then gaining? whats better off? with the newbie gains can i gain mass and still lose fat?

    bulk up man take advantage now... think about it... when you cut you really aren't adding any more muscle mass just maintaining what you have... while stripping off as much fat as possible. so bulk man you have the rest of your life to cut.

    yeah i know, but i seriously the peeps at college tak the piss because i look fat, so thats why i thought i could cut down and then gain? well i need more opinions from the advanced BBers because they know more about losing fat and gaining muscle. anyone?

    bro, i've competed twice before when i was 19, and 21 (taking first as a novice teen) believe me when i say your biggest gains come in your first couple of years of bbing and f!@# what other people say... there the people who look the same day in and day out wondering what the hell they workout for as you get bigger and better day to day month to month and every year you become that much better in the end..... but hey to each his own do... whatever YOU want to do i'm just throwing my suggestion out there.
