Get ready for Togoro's Awesomely Stunning Purple K Extravaganza Super Log 2006!!!
That's a log name to be proud of.
Supplement: Purple K
BB.Com Store Write-up: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/fus/purple.html
Purple K Site: www.KingofCreatine.com (Sweet Name, IMO)
Duration: 30 days
Co-Supplements: EFA's, Multi, Assorted Protein Powders
Goal: Strength/Recovery Increase
Stats
Age: 22
Height: 5'10.5''
Weight: 187
Bf%: *Roughly*11%
Training Experience: Serious training for 3 years, lots of high school sports/lifting
I've tried only a handful of the 6312 creatine products out there. I did not respond to regular monohydrate, VPX's CEX, or VNS' Jacked.
The only creatine that provided any positive results for me was SwoleV3, but it also provided a decent amount of bloat
I've been meaning to try a Kre-Alk product for awhile now, so Hopefully Gym God and Fusion have a good thing going here.
Just because someone gifted me a free product does not entitle them a good review by any means. If I say that Purple K worked really well for me, then it definitely did.

My Purple K came in the mail today, long after my 6am workout.
I'll post my workout anyways
Today was legs. I've recently started running again, so my legs were already pretty sore this morning.
5-minute warmup on Stationary Bike
5-minute warmups of footwork exercises(running backwords, kareokes, high knees, Mary Poppins, etc)
Legs felt extremely fatigued today. Probably could have used that Purple K
Squats
135x15
225x15
275x10
315x8
365x5(Very sh*tty reps, imo)
225x10(3-count pauses, love em )
I went on to do 3 sets of seated reverse leg curls, followed by 3 sets of single leg extensions.
Also did a few sets on the adductor machine. Looks extremely girly, but it helps!
Finally, finished up with 3 sets on the hack-squat machine. I went pretty light, but that's because I do them in a "Frog-Man" like stance, with my legs spread apart, but the heals touching. Works the quads from a different angle, and it hurts.
Finished up with a pretty hard ab workout.
Looking forward to getting HYOOOOOGE with the Purple K!!!!111111

Today was my first day taking Purple K.
I normally have clinical rotations on wednesdays, but today I have to work a flu clinic instead, so they gave me the day off.
Just cardio today. Sprints, Agility and Speed Work.
Felt really good, surprisingly. Looking to get a little speed back, since I've done nothing but low-moderate intensity cardio for th past 3 months or so.
Observation
The Purple K capsules are a really pretty color of purple.

Thanks Fitty. I'm cutting out almost all cardio except for possibly one HIIT day a week. Looking to take your advice and worry about the cardio when the time comes
Now the real challenge is going to be trying to eat as many calories as you do. I'm either gonna explode, or end up in the poor house, whichever comes first!

Yah man..I have always felt that cardio is counter productive for mass/strength gains. Easy enough to strip the fat off when need be.

Day 2
Today was my second day on Purple K, first with actual resistance training.
Workout: Back/Bis
Warmed up my back with some pull-ups
3x8(bodyweight)
Went on to do 3 sets of wide-grip pulldowns(260lbs)
I then did seated single arm cable rows, and finished off my last set with supersetting it with double arm cable rows. Felt pretty good.
Felt really warm by this time, so I jumped into the biceps portion.
Standing preacher:
6x115?
6x115?
8x95?
(Reason for question mark is i'm not entirely sure how much a preacher bar weighs, 25lbs??)
Then did decline cable curls on the smith machine. Really felt good.
8x120
6x120
6x120
Supersetted last set with standing double arm cable curls. Did 20 reps with ridiculously light weight
Hammer Curls:
6x40lb(db)
6x40
6x40
Finished the workout with some static chin-up holds. Bis were burning.
Workout felt awesome today. Not entirely sure why, no extra sleep or anything else out of the routine.
I know it's probably too soon to say it's the Purple K, but the bump I got in my forearms today was almost painful. I'm thinking maybe it's because I switched things up a bit and did back/bis together instead of my normal bis/tris routine.

Thanks Yogs!
I've really been trying to push myself lately and improve on strength. When Fitnessman works out in your gym, you start to develop a complex, haha.
Gym doesn't open until 8am due to Holiday. Heading out in a bit, it was nice to get the extra rest.

Good morning. Great start to the back and bi. I know that sometimes it is all in the mind but products of this nature such as Purple-K you may easily feel it in your first workout. It is all about the increase in ATP. Sure you are not going to gain size right away but it will help for them last reps. Good stuff!!!

Day 3
Shoulders
Gym didn't open until 8am today due to Holiday, so I got a little extra sleep, which was much appreciated.
Seated DB Press:
8x70
8x75
9x80
12x60
Haven't pressed db's in awhile, so it felt pretty good. I would have went higher in weight, but the gym was dead at the time, so I had no one to spot me(who i'd trust at least)
DB rear delt raises off incline bench:
8x30
8x30
8x30
I try to keep form as strict as possible with these, but I think it's time to bump up to those big, bad 35's!
Seated Lateral DB Raises:
6x30
6x30
6x30(Pause at end of each set)
Cable Upright Rows:
10xStack(150lb I believe?)
10xStack
10xStack
DB Shrugs:
10x100
10x100
10x100(pause at end of each set)
*Note: I normally use barbell, but forgot my straps today, so I figured change may be good for me.
Finished off the workout with 2 sets of standing single arm db presses. They hurt.
Also threw in a real good ab workout.
One of the better shoulder workouts i've had in awhile.
