    Bo's Workout Journal

    The Biginning

    So I have started a training plan where I train a certain plan for two months then change it up, with different goals and exercises. So I am going to post my goals then every monday write a blog on how I’m doing with those goals. I hope this way it will help me to stay motivated. So right now my goals are by December 18th:

    * Weigh 180 pds
    * 100 push ups
    * 150 pd Squats
    * 100 pd curls
    * Jog 3 miles

    Now I actually started last monday but I’ll just start filling you guy’s in this monday with how I’m doing on my goals. After this first training period I will post progress pictures. So you guy’s can see how I’m doing!! For those of you who are reading thanks and I hope you come back on monday for my next blog!

    P.S. Please feel free to leave comments

    Week 2

    Ok well it’s the beginning of week 2 I was able to increase my squat by 20 pds which means I am repping 80 pds 15 times. I increased my push ups by 9 which means I can now do 30!! I know that’s really weak but I’m definitely improving! And I increased my curls by 10 pds which means I am repping 60 pds 15 times. So I’m working out three days a week do you guy’s think I’m improving a lot or should I push it some more?? Also I was thinking about my jogging goals and I was wondering… would it be better to be able to jog three miles.. or to be able to run full out run two? Right now I can jog about one mile and full out run a quarter of a mile. what do you guy’s think I should do?
