Is this a good indication of a fast metabolism?

    I'm 17, 6"0, 145 pounds, mainly ecto.

After I eat a good meal (often something higher in fats), I get an enourmous heat radiating through the bottom of my chest (near where my stomach would be), today it was so much that I was sweating profusely. Or could this be that i'm eating too much in one sitting (I did feel pretty stuffed afterwards). From what I've read, I should eat once I feel that this heat has stopped, which makes sense because of thermogenics and having the meal digested, which probably does lie somewhere between 2 - 3 hours.

Could this mean i've got a fast metabolism, or could it be i'm eating foods tough to break down?
