5'9" 169lbs (gettin back into the swing of thangs)
That's right. I'm 22. Here I am a few weeks into getting back into lifting somewhat seriously, and regularly. Just started eating pretty good too. All natrual, no supps besides fish oil.
Been lifting about 2 years. Not too seriously, but that'll change. I want to focus on increasing poundages on all lifts. Never was a main priority before. I know I have hardly any back thickness, but truthfully I'm trying to avoid building up my traps because they grow way too easily and I think I look better from an aesthetic standpoint without them.
No front shots because I'm one hairy mother ****er. Maybe I'll post some after I shave.
*ALL THESE SHOTS WERE TAKEN TOTALLY COLD. DID CARDIO EARLIER THIS EVENING SO IF ANYTHING I'M A LIL' FLAT* I'll make sure I'm pumped up in the next ones I bring to the table. Haha!

Oh yeah, leave some comments.
Just so ya know, all these pics were taken like 3 seconds after I hit the button. Meaning I hit the shutter switch, and had maybe 3 sec. to strike a pose, so I think it's funny how they turned out. It probably has a delay, I just didn't care to find it.

Hey thanks everybody. Can't wait to see what yall think in a few months from now.
Lukebr: Genetically my chest sucks. Flat ribcage, never had much definition there. Always had good sweep, just not alot of depth. I do Bench press, Incline press, incline flyes, then close-grip push ups, and I think this combo is helping, considering it's all I really have to work with here at home. I think going to a gym where I can do alot of dumbell pressing, pec-dec's and crossovers would do alot to help my cause. Mainly though I think getting stronger on those first 2 lifts, and getting leaner will help with that the most. I do love crossovers though.
Legs? What are legs? Haha, I never trained them for more than a few weeks at a time. I am now though!

you do all the work at home and not in a gym??
even more kudos to you then dude good stuff!
i got a home gym an tried to work out on that but it was just too hard for me to stay motivated to workout at home (with the tv so near-by)
i found that i need a gym membership and a gym partner to keep me honest, otherwise i think id probably start missing sessions here an there

Haha, yeah since I started back lifting it's all been in my basement. Got almost everything I need besides cables, and heavy dumbells other than a single hexagonal Ron Coleman style 80lber for rowing that cost me 55 bux alone. Got a good pull-up tower, so I can't be girly and do pulldowns anymore haha! Actually I have plate loaded dumbells but I can only fit just over 60lbs on them, so that won't take me anywhere as far as pressing for the pecs... Working out at home isn't too bad, I literally time my pace while lifting so that I only rest 90 or less between sets and never more than 3 minutes in between exercises, and yeah I usually have a movie or CD playing while down there.
I'll join a gym eventually. I love working out around people and eyeing gorgeous women and MILF's in between sets.

ROFL! That cracks me up man. But yeah, I think that would work for me too.
On a side note, I just realized how much I miss the close-grip seated cable row... Man that thing put thickness on my back and lower-lats like no other. Like the damn squat for my back. I'm sure I can get these dumbell rows to work about the same, but it's hard to mimic the rowing motion with the dumbells. Just isn't the same!

^^ Thanks man.
30% of the original pic size. Don't worry, I don't think my bodyfat is quite that high.
