I know I’m well in advance, but since I hold the secret to loosing about 20 pounds overnight… I decided to start my competition journal today
Also, since I have free time this week, I started thinking about the future competition I’ll be doing next year…
It might be unrealistic since I don’t know yet how my body will respond to the whole thing and I really want to be fit again sooner than later… but let say I’ll try competing somewhere between May and July 2007, May being what I really aim for!
First part will be the first 6 weeks; I have to stay home, so this is where I will focus on my diet. IE eating well and loosing some of the baby weight (Doc says I might be able to workout sooner but let’s think worst case scenario here)
This brings me to December 25th to resume training! If we round this up, that means that, in the worst case scenario, as of January first I’ll be back to the gym. (YEAH! What a good way to start a year!)
This time I’ll be competing in Fitness not Figure!
I have found my theme. I'll mix tunes but the first part (the first 25 seconds) will be Gwen Stefani's new song (the yoddling thing)... and my costume will be loosely inspired by the St.Paulie Girl... (http://www.stpauligirl.com/girl.php)
So now the only things I need to do are:
1. find the remaining 1 min 35 seconds of the song
2. design an actual routine!
3. oh and I almost forgot…. give birth and get back in shape LOL
So be prepared, since by the end of next week I’ll be posting my very firsts unflattering “before” pictures, but I will also introduce you to the new addition to my family, my favorite part of the whole story!
