    how to get ripped

    Anybody know any good exercises or things to do to help define the muscles between the back part of your shoulder and tricep??
    If anybody's noticed, people who have the muscle tone and definition in that part of their arm look way more jacked than those who dont, even if they are a little smaller

    Bump on jdstl1977. More definition means less fat. Diet and cardio is the only way to get definition anywhere. There is no such thing as spot reduction. Just burn more calories than you consume to burn off the fat and bring out the definition.
