I eat alot of this stuff probably a pound to 2 pounds a week. I was looking on nutrition data and on the label it says 0 Trans Fat. Below where it list the pros and cons it says that it contains trans fat. So what should I believe? I will stop eating it if it does so does anyone know? Thanks

I beleive that i have heard all meat has some trans fat. BUt dont be too worried, if it is nice lean meat I would generally recomend it to be a part of a normal diet.
I duno about overdoing it on meat tho, 2lbs a week is quit a bit. I duno my .02cents is that meat does have trans fat but i duno it might be pretty much unmentionable.

In what specific way do you guys cook your ground beef, or ground turkey?
I'm no cook at all, but once I start following this diet plan I have to start cooking more, and seasoning stuff. I know it's kind of pathetic I'm 20, lol. But my mom's gonna be annoyed when she has to grill chicken every other day, lol. I know how to do that. But what about ground beef, ground turkey?

If your on a Keto diet stick with the GB..as far as the % of lean and fat My GB says that it has 12% fat, but who really knows. Ground turkey and chicken IMO is horrible, but it works well for some people..I dont touch the stuff. as far as how much of the GB you eat a week I dont think its too much depending on what you body goals are and as long as you throw some fiber in there and watch those carbs.

it actually carries about .1. I've worked in a meat department and we carried both a 93% and a 95% or something to that effect and they both had .1 or below per 100 grams.
now in actuality that number probably varies up to .3 as no ground beef is actually 93% or 95% believe me I used to grind beef 3 hours a day 5 days a week for most of my high school life and there's now way to ensure the percentages it all goes by how lean the meat looks when it comes out.
but hey theres also trans in milk...

The amount of trans fat naturally found in beef is negligble, which is probably why it's not listed. You'll be fine. It also depends on how you cook it. I usually boil my ground beef, drain, then freeze. Take it out when need be, drop a dash of extra virgin olive oil on the skillet and brown it up real nice. Voila. You can make enough for a week in an hour.
2lbs/week is not much at all. I used to eat a pound every day. I'm probably down to half now.
PS. flank isn't the leanest, round is. But it's close. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/beef.htm
