I love these sandwiches but they are so low in calories. I'm trying to bulk here so would it be suggested to eat these or eat something with more calories?

6 inches vary from 350-500 kal, how do you call that too low? That would be a perfect carb/protein meal.....

Depends on your body type... I'm an ecto so I eat like three double cheeseburgers while bulking and have never gone above 11-12%bf. Subway wouldn't even phase my metabolism so I don't waste my time there... depends on the person

If you look there, he is right there around the 300-500 calorie range. That is also before they put mayo or dressing. So if your getting a foot long you can probably expect 800+ calories.

It's hard to eat clean at fast food restaurants, doable but hard. You can bulk tho, but might be the wrong kind of bulk.
As for Subway, if you shoot for either turkey or chicken with some veggies on it, you're fine. The only loose end is the bread. I don't believe their wheat bread is whole grain.....also, keep the sauces offON/ABB Sponsored Athlete
