Colustrum in the amounts that you need to have any perceiveable benefit is hideously expensive. If you've got money to burn then knock yourself out, but otherwise I wouldn't bother.

Lol..i didnt buy it..it was given for free. How much do they cost? and it doesnt really benefit much to lifting does it? Just some Free Radical Antioxidant stuff right?
