Nintendo Wii or 360?
well after 6 years my ps2 died so I might have a choice to get a console.
Since ps3's are gonna be 500 bucks and impossible to get im deciding wether i should get a Wii or 360.
So anyone who has compared the 2 i need your help.
ill rep if it matters.

I'd get the ps3 as well if it wasnt so much. I'm gunna settle for a 360.
Nintendo Wii's games are just too childish IMO.

Honestly man, you should wait it out a couple of months, it's too hard to judge. What i plan on doing is getting a wii or 360 now and getting the other one later. I don't think im getting a ps3 this time around. I'm not impressed with sony. There's even a shot im just getting the wii, or just getting the 360, it all depends on what i see in march when things cool down.

Well, I got a 360 now, so I'll be getting the Wii. Sony dissed me with that price, lol. Besides, that der Wiimote thingy looks mighty intriguing.

personally i'm waiting for wii and ps3 to come out to see the reviews. i remember the DS looked awesome but it ended up sucking; i don't know if the wii is headed in the same direction

PS3 is costing ~$400 bux in JAPAN.( THAT IS 400 US dollars).(for teh cheap one with teh smallr HD)
WE will have 2 WAIT and C if sony will do teh SAME in teh US.
SONY is taking A huge kick in teh BALLZ for this console,lol, moneyWise. tehy will make it back frum pricing games at$80

I think the biggest strike against the Wii is the fact that it's so underpowered compared to the other two.
Have you played a PS1 game lately? Sure it was great in it's time, but the graphics are unforgivably bad now. That's what the Wii will be like in a few years, whereas the other systems will be incredible.
I know they wanted to keep the price low, but it seems like a short-sighted decision to me.
(And I'm aware that graphics don't automatically make a game fun, so nobody needs to point that out.)

Maybe so. But completely revamping the idea of videogame controllers is a pretty ballsy way of doing it. It will go down in history as either the greatest innovation ever, or the worst mistake ever.
