Now This Is What I Call Power-posing!
I enjoy the pop-lock and break dancing type of moves of today's pros but if somebody brought this dramatic style of posing back it would really be something.
Dare I say this is the best posing I've ever seen?? YES! I've never watched posing that gave me goosebumps. A+ MATERIAL RIGHT HERE LADIES AND GENTS.

It's Lee Labrada in case you're clueless.

Wow... a great routine. I love when people pose to normal music, not like this soft sh*t that popular on the Olympia today... It's bodybuilding, not a ballet!

STFU, it doesnt matter what music they use, the soft **** allows melvin to do the awesome routines he does, but I bet you could do better

And? Melvin's routine was boring.
Oh yes, I forgot. Since I can't do good pose routine myself, I can't judge other people on that, of course...

yeh, seriously lint, the argument of "well YOU couldn't do any better" is about as childish and retarded as they come.

Ok, I will apologise for the "you cant do better" it was irrelivant and stupid.
But the thing still remains that you cannot downgrade melvin, or any similar poser's routine soley on the music.

How could you possibly say Melvin Anthony is boring?
Or did you just mean his Olympia routine?
this one is great

I haven't competed or started to really cut down for competition yet or even picked a contest, but I already have a bunch of music and about half of my projected posing routine choreographed...LOL
It will definitely be both badass and something I haven't seen anyone attempt to do on stage yet...

No. At least I thought it was good. I also like Labrada's posing. It depends on the posing/music combo.

Both routines were awesome. Melvin's one of the last of a dying breed of great posers. There's only a handful left in the IFBB.

I need a vid-making device first. I want to do a vid of the Ab/Oblique/Core exercise I was discussing in another thread as well...

Are you saying that upon achieving a bodyweight of 158lbs that you are now "musclebound"?

I gotta disagree....the whole Lawrence of Arabia thing sort of sux IMO, lol
obviously Lee has great lines....but I like it when they actually HOLD a pose long enough for us to see it
I think Melvin Anthony is about the best poser around right now

I like the guys that are in CONTROL of their bodies and the poses....to where it flows nicely etc
my least favorite would be sort of the "power posers"....Bertil Fox comes to mind...go out and hit a few most musculars and it looks like they spent 20 minutes working on the routine
sadly, going by what Lonnie Teper has said, posing counts for basically zilch.....as long as you show the muscles you get credit....too bad
we reap what we sow
