Calories still look a little low...it's hard to tell from those pics..could you get someone else to take some of you? I still don't think you look like you need to be cutting..

Sounds like he's insecure to me...my husband doesn't want me to look like a figure competitor..too bad I say! It's YOUR body! Maybe you should tell him to bulk up!

And the Hoodia appetite suppressant ... man, Ashley, you sure you want to go that direction again? Isn't that how you got into the eca stack and why you went into detox?
Why do you need the appetite suppressant? Food isn't your enemy, and it's just as important during an "1800 calorie cut" as it is during a bulk.

Thank Hun lol. I brought him to my gym once cause he was bragging about how he could bench 250 and so I told him to start at 200 not 150 and he couldnt even bench it and so he ended up dropping it and if it werent for me it wouldbve probly hurt him cause then it would have just landed on his chest. So he kinda feels weak from that and I told him I want muscle and that I dont care what he wants because its my body and I dont think my muscles are "that big" to be grossed out about. Just a little bit of muscle, you know? I guess guys are weird that way sometimes :\ lol.
Fish - I know what your saying but Ive read womens profiles who do wayy more exercise than I do and they consume between 1,100-1,400 calories per day! Now 1,800 seems about right if I space these meals out throughout the day.

You don't need to set a specific number ... for me, and I know this sounds bad, but I have to eat pretty much all day - little snacks and things (healthy things) because it keeps my blood sugar more even, etc.
Just remember that you want to take in enough calories to keep your body working and that you want to be sure you get enough protein as well because during a cut you don't want to lose the muscle you've put on.

Hey buddy, just noticed your journal around after a long time of not being here, so I thought I'd stop by to see how things are going.
I sure know how this is. Eat 200 calories of nuts more. That's an easy 6th meal included somewhere throughout the day. Come on friend, I KNOW you can handle 2000. When you're twenty you've got to scarf it down!
The nuts will help your hunger.

You're hungry b/c you need the calories w/ the amount of activity you're doing. You're not really eating 5 meals, b/c 3 of them consist on protein powder. Eat real food and you won't be as hungry. You need more fat too. That will help with hunger. you do NOT need an appetite suppressant!!!!

Fish - Thanks hun I actually think your idea is good to have a few healthy snacks like yogurt and nuts or something, to keep your metabolism going quick etc, So I actually think thats a good idea
nc9892 - Thanks I am planning on having a protein shake before bed and maybe some salad with basalmic vinegar
Tara - Thanks hun! I agree, I usually count the protein shakes as meals and I shouldnt, Now that I think about it, They arent really real food. You know? So how many meals of real food should I have? Maybe four?

Please don't start cutting again. Your going to mess up your metabolism again. It looks like your body is better than before. Either set the camera on a timer or get your boyfriend to snap the pics. Its interesting that you are showing pics were you are kinda covered up but in your gallery you are much less clothed. Ashley YOU ARE NOT READ TO CUT YET. Increase the fats and eat grapefruit it has a natural ability to suppress extra fat production in the body. DON'T cut. Your boyfriend needs to eat a burger or something if your arms are bigger than his. You don't have to listen to me if you don't want to but I am telling you that you are going to set yourself back if you do this.
I don't even know why I bother...Cha Cha Cha

Okay Spirit. I know what your saying. And all your advice means so much because your so knowledgeble and your photos are amazing and I feel honored having you post in my journal. And I am not cutting yet, I will be in April just for summertime. But I just added a cup of all bran and 1 cup 2% milk cause I was so hungry ... Thats 1,870 calories consumed. Should I still add the protein shake before bed, consisting of 300 calories?

You posted a thread yesterday about cutting at 1100 calories???? I hope that you're not still planning that! How much do you weight right now? There just doesn't seem to be anything to cut! Do you know what your bodyfat is?
